  1. Most doctors will not tell you what this doctor did, he did a good job.
I’m a disabled vet and have been since 1977. In the course of that time
and seeing multitudes of doctors for the problems of disability and the
other problems which arose from drugs that the doctors gave me for problems
that I never had I have learned quite a bit about simple health. I am not
a doctor so absolutely don’t do what I do. Here is an accidental discovery
that I made while treating my acid reflux disease with very small amounts
of alcohol. While I was having the acid reflux problems (Severe Pain) I
also had to get up six to ten times a night to use the restroom. I found
that if I took three sips of alcohol and swished then gargled then
swallowed it would complete eliminate the acid reflux disease and I no
longer needed to take any of the acid blockers and acid absorbers, it
completely eliminated the problem. However, at the same time, I realized
that I also didn’t have to get up so many times at night. When I went to
my VA doctor about the high PSA level in my prostrate, she gave me
antibiotics which really helped. After thinking about this for quite some
time, a couple of years, I tried drinking two shot of whiskey, over several
days in a row,and found that it eliminated the need for getting up in the
middle of the night completely. This was not because of the dehydration
that the alcohol causes, I know this because after I stopped the alcohol
treatments, I would go for a week or more before the problem of getting up
multiple times a night happened again. I have a friend that is a
Physicians Assistant and he argues with me about this and tells me that I’m
full of you know what. I totally disagree with him because I have now been
using the swishing to control the acid reflux disease ever since 2002 and
have been using the larger quantity of alcohol every two weeks when I start
urinating more often than I should. For reference, when I swish, after
brushing, three swishes equals 1/3 shot of whiskey. When I drink for the
urinary problems, I use two to three shots of whiskey in a single drink. I
am not a drunk and I do not even like to be even tipsy. I do know people
who are drunks and their use of alcohol causes tremendous problems. When I
use good tasting whiskey, such as Southern Comfort, I am into the whiskey
and have a chance of becoming an alcoholic. Also the sweet drinks and any
sugar at all causes the urinary problems to become much worse. So there is
a need to cut out the sugars (and Pastas) but the sugars really accelerate
the problem, so stay away from the sugars too. I like this doctor because
he spent the time to explain the problems and told the truth, I appreciate
that. Thank you very much, C. Jeff Dyrek, Disabled Vet, Arctic Explorer.
P.S. All of this is explained in my web story, Why God Sent Me to the
    North Pole.
